PCS-208L

The PCS-208L is a compact, high-performance loudspeaker designed for use in vertical line-array columns of up to 24 units per fly frame. Thanks to its mechanical design, it can be adjusted vertically from 0° to 9° in 1.5° increments. Thanks to the PCS-208L’s simple yet ingenious mechanical brake, vertical adjustment is a breeze. All flyware components are made of high-quality, heavy-duty aluminium. This two-way system is undoubtedly the best choice. It consists of two 8″ neodymium woofers arranged in a dipole configuration and two centre-mounted 1″ drivers. These are connected to a precisely calculated wave transformer. A single unit can reach a maximum sound pressure level of 134 dB. The dispersion pattern is 10° x 120° (vertical x horizontal). The enclosure is made of high-quality plywood and finished with a robust, waterproof polyurea coating. It is impact- and weather-resistant. Four integrated handles facilitate transport and installation. A 1.5 mm thick black metal grille covered with black acoustic foam protects the front of the loudspeaker. The flight frame construction allows for suspended or floor-standing mounting on PCS subwoofers. Its compact size and passive 2-way design guarantee maximum flexibility. Combined with our DSP system controller and DSP-integrated system amplifiers, the possibilities are endless.
